On occasion the missionaries find worthy Ghanaian Evangelists and their families to help better themselves, learn a skill, respond to a benevolent need, become more self-sufficient.  This particular project has much research behind it that makes it relatively easy to carry out.  However, as usual in a poor country the people just cannot come up with the $1200 for startup costs.  When you think about the ROI being up to 100% the first 12 months the risk factor goes down substantially.
